They say that if I remove an old L-shaped silicone implant, the nose will definitely become upturned, and they’re telling me to use costal cartilage under general anesthesia, but I’m so scared. Even if I can’t look pretty and contracture happens, I want complete removal, but they say it will look strange, so I’m agonizing over it all dayㅜ ㅜ ㅜ Will it really look strange?
