Silicone removal

I had my first rhinoplasty two and a half months ago, with silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. A few days ago, the inside of my nasal tip and columella started hurting, so I began taking medication, and now I also have a cold, so I’m not feeling well. Yesterday the columella area became swollen and puffy, so I contacted the clinic, and they said it seems like it needs to be removed. There’s no problem with the silicone area, but can I just have this removed? Is it true that if I remove it, I can never go back to my original nose… What should I do about the nasal tip? I originally had it done at ㅇㅈ, but is this doctor actually good at this, or should I even now go to someone who specializes in removal…
