I have a hump nose and my nose is big, so I’m thinking about surgery, but I really want it to look natural I’m worried that if I get nasal bone osteotomy, it’ll look too obvious that I had surgery. Would it be better to just shave down the hump and lift the nasal tip, or should I also get nostril/alar reduction? Is there anyone who had a bulbous nose and hump nose corrected naturally?
