I had posted questions here several times too, and after a lot of 고민, it’s already been 6 months since I successfully had rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage. My breathing was very uncomfortable because my nasal septum was slightly deviated, and I was also dissatisfied with the shape, so I decided to address both at once. I was really worried about general anesthesia, so I kept debating between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, then went with donated costal cartilage, and I have no regrets ㅎㅎ There’s still no absorption or drooping at all, and the height hasn’t lowered even 1 degree from after surgery until now ㅎㅎ Always thank you, nose community ㅎㅎ
