I felt like the more clinics I looked into, the more complicated my head would get, so I had a consultation here and scheduled the surgery date right away. I don’t regret it, but I recommend that others take more time, look into many more places, and then have surgery. Since I had a very wide bulbous nose, I wanted it to become slimmer and higher, but I was worried that alar reduction would be very noticeable if it went wrong, so I chose bulbous nose correction by tying the inner alar cartilage. My nasal bridge was on the higher side, so I debated whether to put in silicone, but since I was doing it anyway, I chose a result that looked slightly more noticeably done rather than purely natural, so I put in an implant. And to raise my nose in a way that matched my nasal bridge, ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage were used. I had surgery with Director Kim Jun-hyung, and I liked that he recommended only what needed to be recommended. I was debating whether to put in silicone, and when thinking about possible future side effects, he recommended that I not put it in. I think that was when I really trusted him.
