I had early removal at 5 weeks after surgery. For the first surgery, I had rhinoplasty using 5 mm silicone, ear cartilage, and a donated costal cartilage strut. My nose was too high, my eye shape changed, and my image changed a lot, and the donated costal cartilage strut was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The surgery went well.
