I got my surgical record today and have been interpreting it one by one, and it seems like the doctor cut the upper part of my alar cartilage. My nose was originally a bit long, so I think they cut it to correct that, but during the surgical consultation they never mentioned anything like this and just said they would only raise my nose. But now that I checked, it looks like they cut it. I was thinking about removal after 6 months, but when I looked it up, people say that if the alar cartilage has been cut, the support becomes weaker and the nose can collapse. I’m so scared and having a reality check ㅠㅜㅠ The fact that it might collapse if I remove it feels so hopeless, and even my own nose...
