A 5 mm silicone implant was placed too high, so I developed inflammation too, and because it's too high, I'm planning to remove it. But my original nose is too low from the front, so I'm worried. A clinic recommended MegaDerm to me, and I'm wondering if it would be better, but there are really too few reviews. If anyone has had it done, please help me out; I'm so curious I'm debating whether to remove everything completely even if it ends up a bit low, or to put in just a little MegaDerm.
