The cartilage shows right through at the nasal tip, and under light, one area looks white and round and stands out, if that makes sense I’ve heard that silicone can break through, but can this happen even when it’s my own cartilage? I’m seriously depressed and at a loss. Why did I even get a nose surgery and put myself through this hell?
