Only my nasal tip is fixed with septal cartilage, but I want to remove everything. Looking at the photos, it wasn't like this at first, but now it feels pinched. I want a naturally soft and round nose, but they said they can't guarantee the shape if everything is removed, so I got scared and left the nasal tip in a reconstruction sense. If I remove everything, will the nasal tip turn up? Can it go back to a shape similar to my original one?
