I really want an extremely natural look, so would it be okay if I remove the silicone and lower just the nasal tip a bit? It’s so flashy that I want to die. 1 is my original nose before surgery, 2 and 3 are my current nose after surgery. I want a completely small, round nose. My original clinic said they’ll do revision surgery if I just pay the anesthesia fee, so I’m debating it
