When I was young in the U.S., I didn't know anything and had surgery with costal cartilage, but my nose became a beoseon-style upturned nose, so I had it done again with costal cartilage by the same doctor. But this time it didn't go well either, so I'm planning to go to Korea to have it done. Since I already have two large scars, I'm considering donated costal cartilage, but I heard the side effects can be severe, so if anyone has tried it, please give me some advice or tips.
