I had septal extension with ear cartilage and no implant, but every winter only my nasal tip turns insanely red, and it’s so stressfulㅠㅠㅠㅠ People who see me notice right away and ask about it, so a mask is essential in winter. If I get it removed, would the nasal tip redness and things like that maybe all get better? I’m looking into both removal and revision surgery, but because of work I can’t do it right away ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Everyone here who got removal, did the nasal tip redness get a lot better?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
