If I get revision surgery using only autologous cartilage without silicone, is it true that I don’t have to worry about contracture at all?? Even if the height ends up a bit disappointing, after going through it I feel like safety is the most important, so I’m never going to use silicone againㅠㅠ If it really seems not enough, I’m also thinking about placing autologous dermis on the nasal bridge, but I think I’ll only know after getting a consultation... For those who had revision surgery for a contracted nose, what method did you use? I’m currently looking at Rococo, Last, Co# Shop, OM, and Simian (Among places famous for revision surgery, I narrowed it down to ones that use autologous rib cartilage a lot and have shapes that are my style!)

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
