It’s been almost ten years since I impulsively got a nose surgery at a hospital run by an acquaintance’s family I had silicone, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and nostril lowering. Looking at it now, I feel like I went through with it without much understanding of my face and without even looking into the style I wanted, so this time I want to think it through enough before getting revision surgery. My face is on the longer side, and I think my nose makes it look even longer The cartilage shows through a little too, and it’s too pointy I have a rounded forehead, but my nose is also too high in such a straight line that it looks artificial. It doesn’t have to be high, I just want the tip to be round and the nose shape to look natural. What do you think the problem is…
