Nasal Tip Show-Through and Nasal Tip & Internal Deviation

I had surgery 7 years ago. Silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage and septal extension for the nasal tip. My nose was small and my skin was thin, so buttock dermis was used, but it was all absorbed. Starting around years 3-4, the inside of my nose began to tilt, and over the past 2-3 years, the nasal tip and nostril-wing area have started protruding and looking crooked. The nasal bridge is also too high for my facial image, so it looks unnaturalㅠ Because of the septal extension, the columella looks pointy, and when I smile it looks like an arrow noseㅠ Revision surgery consultation 1 nose: after removing the silicone, use AlloDerm dermis.
