If only the septal cartilage is left in the nose, contracture won't happen, right?

It's just like the title. If only the septal cartilage is left in the nose, contracture won't happen later, right? Since it's autologous, and septal cartilage was originally in the nose anywayㅠ Last time, I thought there was only autologous costal cartilage in my nose, but when I listened to the person at the clinic who was taking care of me while removing the stitches, I heard something like there is only septal cartilage in my nose. Ridiculous. I'm going to meet the doctor next week and ask again, but if there is only septal cartilage in the nose, contracture or things like that won't happen later, right?
