I think I’ll be done if I finish doing consultations by today, but even though they call it contracture, they don’t all give the same estimate. The only similar part is that the short nose needs to be lowered. There was a place that recommended osteotomy, starting from the fact that it is crooked; a place that wanted to add nasolabial angle correction, including the blunted look; places saying donor costal cartilage would be sufficient instead of autologous costal cartilage, and so on. Each place says slightly different things, so first of all I had been thinking of autologous cartilage, and I do think it’s right to go around today and decide, but it’s complicated.
