I’m going to a consultation for revision rhinoplasty at ㅇㅂㅋ first, so please tell me broadly about the pros and cons of implant-free rhinoplasty I’m someone who wants to remove silicone and get revision surgery without an implant, but there are people around me who don’t recommend implant-free rhinoplasty I think each clinic has implants they mainly recommend and are good at, so that’s why I’m going to a consultation at ㅇㅂㅋ. If it matches the effect I have in mind, I honestly want to get the surgery right away, you know? Also, I’m not sure if silicone doesn’t suit my body, but I’ve had some minor side effects, so I want to use a safe material and shape my nose line
