I went for a consultation about nose implant removal, and they said that since I had a dorsal hump that wasn’t shaved down when I had my previous nose surgery, I could have the dorsal hump shaved down during removal this time. But they suggested shaving the mid-vault cartilage hump under the nasal bone, not the nasal bone dorsal hump. Has anyone here had a mid-vault cartilage hump shaved down?
