Since it was a male nose, I believed them when they said autologous costal cartilage was absolutely necessary, but that really wasn’t it lol. Since this is now my third revision, I’m mainly looking at hospitals that can do a good job with strong results even if silicone is used. Honestly, I’m a bit skeptical about implant-free rhinoplasty, and I plan to go for consultations mainly at hospitals that are good with custom implants or autologous costal cartilage. Implant-free rhinoplasty is certainly safe, but if there’s no improvement, you just become someone whose nose was flipped up. So I looked at two places, RU and AB, because they’re said to achieve good improvement, and I’ve made consultation appointments, but I think I’ll only know after I go. But even if it’s implant-free, they all use septal…
