I had almost made up my mind on ㅍㄹㅁ, and there were many reviews saying ㄱㅇㅅ was expensive, so I was going to pass on it, but I thought I should at least get a consultation and went. After going, I’m so conflicted. Both are closed rhinoplasty and the price is the same. ㅍ uses packing o, splint o. I have to go back twice after surgery for progress checks, but if I live far away or am busy, I can remove the packing and splint myself, and they use dissolvable sutures, so if I only go on the day of surgery and there are no issues, they said I can send photos and have them check that way. They said there is no inflammation, so the capsule does not need to be removed. ㄱ uses packing x, splint o, splint removal after 3 days, stitches after 7 days …
