Today is day 22. I’m satisfied with everything else, but there are two things I’m worried about. First, the nasal bridge and tip aren’t smooth, right? I wish it rose up smoothly, but it suddenly bends; it was like that before surgery too, and it’s the same after. Next, the open rhinoplasty scar is still there. Will this red mark not go away? Lastly, the disappointing thing is that when I had surgery, I also lowered the columella, but I think it would have been better not to. When I smile, the columella comes out, so it looks strange; Aside from this, I’m generally satisfied. Most people who don’t know I had surgery just say my face looks longer or smaller. Some even ask if I had my jaw shaved haha;;
