Severe side effects after surgery.. (Please read a lot)

Can anyone who has had these kinds of side effects after surgery let me know? Inside-nose condition (side effects after nose surgery 10 months ago) Rhinitis, a hole in the septal cartilage, cartilage and tissue stuck together.. ㅡㅡ> Difficulty breathing, reduced sense of smell and taste.., frequent colds External nose condition Upturned nose, blunt side profile, wide nasal alae.. Uneven nostrils, crooked nose.. Nose height I don't like The hospital where I plan to have revision surgery is ㅅㅁㅇ with Dr. Jung. Anyone who had it done there, or anyone whose nose was like mine, please leave a reply or send me a message. Some quack has made such a mess that the inside of my nose is difficult even for plastic surgeons to touch. I still have a runny nose, and when I eat something spicy or hot, my nose runs. For 10 months after surgery, I couldn't properly taste delicious food, couldn't smell, and had trouble breathing. For 7 years I never even caught a cold, and my nose was healthy enough that even if I ate hot or spicy food, I wouldn't have a runny nose.. but after surgery, if I eat even slightly spicy or hot food, my nose runs nonstop~~ If it's a little dry or cold, my throat starts hurting and I get a nose/throat cold, and it's driving me crazy. Sigh.. I'm planning to have it done at a plastic surgery clinic that also does ENT, and plastic surgeons in Korea say they're very good at difficult noses.. but there too, side effects keep occurring and there are quite a few patient complaints. A huge number of clients go there too, so I'm worried whether they'll pay attention to each person individually.. Oh, my nose... even now my head is throbbing. Anyway, I desperately need answers from experienced people who have had revision surgery because of a nose like mine.. I think I can schedule the surgery only if I get your replies.
