Anyone whose nose got thicker after multiple surgeries??

I had surgery twice and had it removed because of inflammation. It was a long bulbous nose.. After removal, I also reduced the nostrils.. And I had the cartilage tied up too... My nose is not its original shape... even if the tip was already a bulbous nose originally, the bridge has become way too thick... it always feels swollen like a person’s bridge of the nose, like a middle-thick Unico... with no contour. I keep wondering if it’s because I shaved down the hump and made the bridge too broad. But then even if I later had osteotomy.. because of scar tissue.. I worry that the nose itself became thick. It doesn’t look like a human nose... I tried so hard to reduce it because it was a bulbous nose.. but instead the bridge is so thick that the whole nose looks really big. I reduced the nostrils, so the width looks smaller.. Can something like this not go back to normal? Or because the nostrils were reduced... there is some scar tissue inside that I can see a bit. I also have rhinitis because of that and can’t breathe smoothly, so is it always going to look swollen? I feel lost about the future.
