Washing is at least manageable if I wrap my face with a towel and wash my body, but cigarettes... I can’t hold back from this I haven’t even had my stitches removed yet, just one...! Just one..........! Just one................!!! And before I knew it... I had gone through more than half a pack And on my way back from the clinic today... I felt so unfairly upset about having to stay home on Christmas, so in a fit of anger I bought a ton of sushi, fried food, and tteokbokki and ate it, and now there’s chaos in my stomach -_-;; Everyone, please don’t make the same mistake as me >.< Why does this darn runny nose keep flowing

I had rhinoplasty on Monday and still haven’t had the stitches removed. It’s already the fifth day, and the swelling seems to have gone down somewhat, but whenever I eat, my nose feels so tight and congested that I get dizzy. And if I feel
