It’s been about 3 months since I had nose surgery. But it wasn’t my first surgery; it was revision surgery. The first time, I only raised the nasal bridge in an L-shape. But my nose became crooked. Since I have a bulbous nose, having only the bridge raised made me really dislike it, so I had revision surgery again 3 months ago. This time, the bridge was raised with silicone, and the nasal tip was tied with cartilage. But my nose became crooked again. I don’t know if the nasal tip was tied too much, but it looks so awkwardly round, like a bead was put into the tip. So I’m thinking about having revision surgery. The clinic says they’ll do revision surgery after 3 months. If I do it this time, I’m thinking of reducing the nostril wings too. Even though I’ve done it twice, my nose still became crooked. I’m so worried. When I had the revision, I really made a big decision to do it. I did it thinking it would really be better than my previous nose. But the nasal tip has become so strange, so I’m under so much stress. Among those who have had nose surgery, has anyone also reduced the nostril wings? They say scarring can occur, so I’m worried. Please give me advice. If I do it this time, it’ll be my third time, and I’m worried it will bend again. It’s really depressing. Please give me advice.
