Detailed review of mini-incision square jaw surgery!!~~

I had square jaw surgery with a mini-incision on September 30~~ I had my tests done a week before surgery and went to the hospital on the 30th. As soon as I arrived, I changed clothes, waited in the ward, and then got a glucose IV drip.. A little later I got one shot in the butt and went into the operating room. They were busily getting me ready for surgery, and then they said that when they counted one, two, three, I’d fall asleep. It was really amazing, but I lost consciousness. Day 1 When I woke up, I was in the ward.. I’d been told that when you wake up, your throat might hurt, you might feel nauseous because of the anesthesia, and you might even want to vomit, but I was fine. I came out of anesthesia quickly too.. the worst part was being hungry They said I could eat starting the next day But I thought they were only going to do it under the chin, and then I found out they had also made a small intraoral incision as a service, so I was a bit taken aback lol I spent the day watching TV~ I didn’t have any pain at all. Day 2 They gave me pumpkin porridge in the morning, so I ate it, and a few hours later they removed the IV and discharged me~ My face was wrapped up tightly in bandages, so it felt stuffy, and the swelling got a little worse.. I couldn’t open my mouth, so I had to force the porridge in.. I had treatment under sedation where they removed the bandages, took out the cotton and all the dressing material, and then wrapped the bandage again, but the anesthesia didn’t work properly, so it was really hard My head kept moving back and forth Day 3 When I woke up, I was shocked!! The swelling was really severe.... My lips were so swollen they were puffed up and split open There was also a little bit of blood left even cold compresses didn’t help. Day 4 (today) The day I went to the hospital to have the bandages removed This morning was the peak of swelling... I went to the hospital, had the bandages removed right away, had the inside of my mouth disinfected, got the incision under the chin treated.. and came home. From this point on, I started warm compresses. Today the swelling has gone down a lot. Maybe it’s because of the warm compresses, or because the bandages were removed.. My lips are completely back to normal, and both cheeks have gone down a lot too. The area under both sides of my lips and jaw is the most swollen. Still, since I’m doing the compresses diligently, it’s gone down a lot! I had it done at ㅁㄷ in Apgujeong-dong~ Has anyone here had surgery there?? If so, when did the swelling go down I have to go to work on Monday!!
