It is a protruding mouth.. but is it severe?? Is it to the point where I need surgery.. Whenever I take photos, because of my protruding mouth, I lower my head to take them One photo is without makeup and one is after makeup.. Also, the no-makeup one is a current photo, and the one with makeup is from 8 months ago, last summer.. I gained 13 kg in just 3 months.. so it’s true that I’ve gained a lot of cheek fat too.. I’m planning to have major surgery in April.. I’m definitely going to have nose surgery.. and I want to do protruding-mouth surgery too.. If I don’t have protruding-mouth surgery, I’ll put silicone in my forehead, and I’m planning to do my nose, receding chin, and cheekbones, and if I do have protruding-mouth surgery, I’ll do my nose, protruding mouth, and cheekbones like that.. What should I do...
