Cheek sagging after cheekbone reduction

On the 6th of next month, it will be exactly one month since I had cheekbone surgery. I originally had a lot of facial fat and my skin is on the thick side, so every time I read posts about cheek sagging, my heart drops.. Maybe it’s because I keep paying attention to it and looking, but when I lift my face under bright light, I feel like there’s a faint diagonal line under my eyes too.. When I keep looking in the mirror, the area around my mouth also looks like a bulldog.. The nasolabial folds beside my nose were originally there, but they seem worse now.. Then at night, when the swelling has gone down, it looks like it turned out really well again.. But is it true that cheekbone surgery eventually causes cheek sagging someday? I thought once 6 months passed I’d finally be free from this worry and fear.. But if for years I have to worry about my cheekbones, can’t ride amusement rides, can’t eat things I like, and can’t even snowboard, which I like, because I’m afraid of bumping into something.. then what am I supposed to do.. sob sob.. Please tell me exactly what kind of symptom cheek sagging is.. And I heard you can know exactly if there’s cheek sagging by taking an X-ray, so please also tell me where to take it and how to tell whether it’s cheek sagging.. I’m scheduled to go to the hospital for a follow-up on the day I reach 4 weeks, and at first the woman at the desk told me to get an X-ray after 4 weeks, but when I got home, they called again and said the doctor said cheekbones can be checked visually, so there’s no need for an X-ray and not to get one.. I keep wondering whether they’re telling me not to take an X-ray because they’re trying to hide that something went wrong with the surgery or what... sigh.. All kinds of thoughts are coming to mind... So I’m thinking of going to another hospital to get one taken. Please tell me how cheek sagging appears on an X-ray.
