4 weeks after cheekbone surgery, I’m checking in every day...(Embarrassed by no comments)

It’s almost been a month since I had cheekbone surgery and jaw Botox.. Yesterday, for no reason, I went into a plastic surgery side effects cafe and ended up writhing in intense fear and regret... I was afraid my cheeks would sag, so at night I didn’t take off my compression band for even 1 second, stayed tense with my face all scrunched up, and slept flat on my back. Now the back of my neck is all stiff.. haha Actually, I’m pretty optimistic by nature, so even after surgery, after just 2 weeks I was sleeping on my side, eating everything I wanted, and sleeping without wearing the compression band.. Maybe because of that, my skin had no elasticity.. and it felt like it might sag any moment, but last night I lightly massaged the swollen areas, patted with cold water, and slept, and the swelling went down a lot again and my skin became firm... Today I put on makeup, dressed nicely, and went out, and everyone said my face had become slimmer.. that they thought I’d gotten Botox.. haha (I’d been lying and saying I had my wisdom teeth removed..) They all say my impression looks softer and younger than before.. I just hope the bones settle well like this and fuse properly, and that the skin and muscles also get fixed in place... I feel good hearing compliments, but in one corner of my heart I’m still worried about cheek sagging.... When on earth will I be able to escape from this fear.. Someone wrote very confidently that if you do cheekbone surgery, without fail! someday! cheek sagging will happen.. Is that really true? It’s not, right? Please let it not be... sigh... It’s been a little under a month now.. In my case, wounds usually heal well and I have a healthy constitution, so I don’t feel any pain at the surgical sites at all. I also massage them freely... But some people say not to massage because it interferes with the skin adhering and slows healing... For me, though, when I massage, the swelling actually goes down faster and the contour becomes clearer.. Until when should I keep wearing the compression band? My younger sibling, who doesn’t know anything, teases me every day for wearing the compression band, saying I look stupid... asking if that’s really going to make me prettier... For those who have had cheek sagging.. Did cheek sagging suddenly happen even though your wounds healed well and swelling went down well?
