I'm having surgery tomorrow

I'm finally removing the silicone and cartilage I've had for 2 years and tomorrow I'm having nose surgery with autologous fat injections I spent 30,000 won just on consultation fees haha Every place I went said something different,,, Most of them (9 out of 10 people) said that if I remove the silicone and inject it right away, it could become uneven, the shape may not come out well, and they can't put in much, and they said autologous fat gets absorbed quickly,,,, They say it won't even last 6 months, what should I do... Only one doctor, Dr. ㅎㅅㅈ, keeps saying that removing the silicone and injecting right away is effective and keeps telling me to do it.. They said people who have done it would know, and people who haven't done it are the ones saying things like that.. I decided now, trusting the words of 1 person over the words of 10 My appointment is tomorrow at 2.... It'll go well, right? Now that I'm about to remove the silicone, I feel kind of sad too haha I've had the silicone for about 2 years Anyway, please pray that it goes well..^-^
