It’s been 2 years and 6 months since I had fat grafting. I had it done at a fairly famous clinic in Gangnam. They recommended doing up to a third session, but I only did up to the second session (because of work..) After surgery, the swelling was intense.. for almost over two weeks, I looked like I was seeing a monster. I didn’t know the swelling would last that long. I couldn’t go to work for over a week. So I did the second session 4 months later. But the problem is that now it seems almost all the fat has gone away. It was still okay until last year... I can’t even tell whether it’s because my skin/body type is naturally like that.. or because something was done wrong.. You know, right? I’m not overweight, but the extra fat on the body keeps increasing, while only the facial fat disappears.. Right now I’m not working, and I really want to make a big decision and do it again. Would it be better to put implants in the cheeks, or to inject another type of filler, or should I do fat grafting again.. What would be permanent, safe, and inexpensive? Those who have done it, please compare information and costs for me.
