One side seems to have settled pretty well, but one side feels strange, like it is pulling the facial fat... So as it pulls the skin, the area under the eye droops, and dark circles form, and because of that sagging skin, the facial fat below the nose looks like there is more of it, and it feels like I'm becoming square-jawed... After noble surgery, the area beside the nose protrudes, so my face shape also seems to have become uglier.. My cheekbones also feel more prominent... My philtrum seems to have gotten longer too, Are you all okay? It's been almost 10 months now, and I'm debating whether to remove it or not.. It's been a long time since surgery, so I'm worried that if I remove it for nothing, the sagging skin won't go back up, and only the area beside the nose will sink in more and look ugly... Is there anyone who had noble surgery and removed it a long time later???
