Short Nose + Paranasal Augmentation + Lateral Canthoplasty, One Month...(Photo Removed)

Oh dear.. while I was editing the photos, I got logged out and everything I had worked hard to write disappeared... Anyway.. since some people are asking about paranasal augmentation, I’m posting photos for just a few days. As you can see, I only swelled severely for about 4 days and looked like a monkey; now it’s to the point where I wonder where it even is... There’s no foreign-body sensation either.. From the front, you might not feel much difference compared with before surgery.. but from the side, the area that used to be deeply sunken has filled out, so I think it slightly improves the appearance of a protruding chin or protruding mouth. I had short-nose lengthening (septal cartilage + silicone).. and they said they did 4 mm at the glabella.. I think they raised the nasal base to make it look slightly longer.. I also had some friction with the doctor because of the high glabella.. but now, maybe because I’ve been looking at it for a month, I’m just getting used to it and trying not to worry about it.. I still don’t like my side profile, but... anyway.. It was done with an open approach. Because they had to set septal cartilage in the nasal tip.. It still hasn’t healed, so you can see it if I don’t wear makeup.. well.. it’ll gradually disappear.. --------------------------------------------- Adding more details. They say Gore-Tex integrates with the skin a lot.. and it’s hard to find the implant, to the point that I wonder if I even had paranasal augmentation.. That’s how little foreign-body sensation there is. For lateral canthoplasty, they said they basically do 3-4 mm.. This too.. they said my eyes are the type that don’t open much compared with other people’s.. Now, maybe because the redness is gone or because it healed and stuck back, I think about 1-2 mm remains.. It may also look bigger because the high glabella pulls the front area..
