Failed first surgery for a hump nose in 2001 - the nasal tip did not get smaller and looked awkward. I had revision surgery again at another hospital in 2002, but the shape did not change much and I only went through a hard time Last week, on Saturday, May 27, I had a third revision surgery at yet another hospital. This time, it was not through introductions from people I know; I researched and gathered information myself, chose a hospital I had in mind for surgery, and kept observing people who had surgery there for over a year. The results looked good and I liked the surgical method, so I had the surgery, and today is day 7. I took before-and-after photos yesterday, received them late yesterday, and am posting them now. Closed rhinoplasty, osteotomy, and some nasal tip cartilage reduction. I was told they did not use septal cartilage and operated only with my own nasal tip cartilage. They said my nose is large, so there was no need to use it... Please take a look and tell me if it looks pretty. I am generally satisfied with the current shape..
