From the front, the shape looks pinched and slightly upturned, and even if I just remove all the implants, I want to go back to my original nose I want to remove all the silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and costal cartilage used during surgery But if I do that, since there would be no support, could the nose become upturned?
