Nasal bridge after nose implant removal

I went to several hospitals because of silicone removal, but each hospital had a different method, so I’m torn For the nasal tip, I’m going to reposition the existing septal cartilage, but for the nasal bridge, since I had osteotomy and the hump shaved down, I’m really torn over whether to just smooth out the uneven areas, use ear cartilage, use posterior auricular fascia, or use autologous dermis I don’t care about height or anything like that; I just want the nasal bridge to look natural without irregularities.
