It's been 3 years since my nasal implant removal. During that time I also went through pregnancy and childbirth, and with my family's love, I've really managed to hang in there well. But recently, the tip of my nose suddenly started stinging, and I can see a small, round area of inflammatory redness on the nasal tip. If I gently scratch that area with my hand, it stings and hurts. I had everything removed, and because the contracture was severe and my alar cartilage lacked strength, I had nasal reconstruction with an ear cartilage support strut. They said people with contracture cannot return completely to the original state, so I shouldn't put in anything else, and I used only my own ear cartilage.
