First of all, mine is almost a reconstruction case, and because of a perforation I went to all the consultations, but it’s hard to decide on a hospital. 1 A place that completely closes the perforation and uses rib cartilage to do both the nasal tip and bridge, including functional and cosmetic work, is almost 10 million won. 2 A place that does not touch the nasal tip, uses AlloDerm to adjust only the nasal bridge to match the tip, can also address rhinitis, but not the perforation, in the 3 million won range - the safest possible bottom line. 3 Nasal tip and bridge with autologous costal cartilage, rhinitis possible, perforation not possible, in the 6 million won range.
