The place I had surgery at originally used silicone laid in very thinly because my skin is so thin, and the bridge between the eyes was barely raised, with Medpor inserted and support at the tip. I think it was silicone plus septal support like that? They also placed dermis, but it’s already all been absorbed.. I’m pretty sure they used Medpor too, even though they didn’t say it to me, and my nose is so sharp that I want a round nose like Taeyeon’s. I don’t care much about making it higher, so they said to leave the silicone alone and keep the support as it is since it seems to be holding up well, then smooth the tip cartilage and place dermis or AlloDerm.. The estimate came out to 4.8 million won;; It feels almost like an AS repair level procedure, but it came out to 4.8 million won..^^;; At another place, they said to use slightly wider silicone and lower the nostrils to correct the long nose, with autologous rib or donor rib! They said that’s the way to fix the sharp, dry twig-like look ㅠㅠ Sigh, should I keep going around for consultations?...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
