10 years ago, I had rhinoplasty in the provinces with silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My face was originally asymmetric, but after surgery, the nostril asymmetry became worse. Still, because my nasal bridge became higher, my impression looked more refined, so I was highly satisfied cosmetically. The problem is that ever since the surgery, I keep having nasal discharge from only one nostril. It's not just occasional; clear nasal discharge keeps flowing all the time.
