They set the starting point of my nose too high, so my nose looks longer, and I’m not even sure about the effect of the nose surgery. If anything, my impression just looks stronger. I already had a nasal bridge originally, but they shaved it down and placed about 1 mm, so should I remove it and only redo the nasal tip? I’m also considering lowering the nostril rim, but I’m wondering whether I should do that together.
