Current nose condition: my eyes look close-set, I look masculine, my nose is elongated, the T-zone is too prominent, and I look older. In January last year, I had 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I originally had a short nose, but they stretched it into a long nose ㅠ The glabella starts from the eyebrows, so in July I lowered the silicone starting point of the nose, and because there was a step-off at the nasal tip, they put ear cartilage between the end of the nasal bridge and the nasal tip, but I still look harshㅠㅠ Question: If I remove only the 4 mm nasal bridge silicone, will the step-off be okay?
