Since getting rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and silicone last summer, every single day has been like hell. I’ve had a total of 67 nose surgeries, and there was no cartilage left to use anymore, so in the end they harvested autologous costal cartilage. Even before harvesting the autologous costal cartilage, they said it was starting to calcify. I need to have surgery again in the future, but what should I really do if all of it is calcified? Does that mean there is no hope left anymore? I’m anxious. Maybe because they made the costal cartilage support strut too thick, the columella is not exactly in the center but shifted more to the right. I guess they placed the support strut more toward the right. I can’t smile like before either…
