Even just watching YouTube, they say in about 90% of cases you need to leave even a small support strut, so I'm curious what it's like for people who had everything removed without leaving anything. If there is septal cartilage, I'm really curious whether they should at least cut that and place a small piece for support, and whether the nose spreads after complete removal.
