Anyway, on both sides, in a spot similar to the photo, there’s something like a transparent thread It wasn’t there before surgery, and every time I pick my nose with a cotton swab, that area hurts so much. At first I thought maybe a pore was blocked because of hair, so I tried to pull it out, but it seriously wouldn’t come out no matter what.. But there’s no reason to stitch a thread in that kind of location, so is it not a stitch?
