Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Removing it is the right choice, right?

My removal surgery is next Tuesday, and I decided to have it done at the hospital where I originally had the surgery. I had all of this done: alar reduction, osteotomy, making the nasal bridge slim, lowering the nostrils, 3 mm silicone, ear cartilage nasal tip. Honestly, I liked my side profile better before because it became too high. But it definitely has an effect from the front, and I like the shape too. The problem is that the ear cartilage at the nasal tip shows through enough that its round outline is visible, I can feel the foreign-body sensation from the silicone, and even if I get just a small pimple on my nose, I feel like I’m going crazy, so I’m going to remove it. At the hospital where I had it done, they’re only charging the anesthesia fee, and since the columellar strut was made with ear cartilage, they said they would leave it in to prevent collapse…
