Removal of silicone and Medpor due to contracture, ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅅㅇ clinics

I developed contracture, so I’m looking into clinics to remove the silicone and Medpor. For now, after consultations at 5 clinics, I’m leaning toward ㅅㅅㅇ clinic. ㅅㅅㅇ’s surgical method for a contracted nose is to use an open approach, completely remove the silicone, Medpor, and capsule, then lower the upturned nose using septal cartilage or ear cartilage. Most posts say that if only the nasal tip is operated on with ear cartilage, because it is autologous cartilage, side effects do not occur easily, but now I don’t even want to worry about side effects themselves, so I don’t want to use ear cartilage either and just want simple complete removal.
