If both were possible, which would you do? 1 Closed approach -No new columellar scar forms -Relatively less swelling 2 Open approach -Can carefully check for any possible foreign material in the nasal tip -Can make the shape somewhat better, at least the front view If only removing the silicone, adjusting the nasal tip in the side view so it doesn’t look stepped is also possible with the closed approach I was going to do the closed approach no matter what because closed was possible for me, but now I’m debating again. Oh, and if I do the open approach, my face will swell as much as when I had rhinoplasty, right?
